Follow these principles and guidelines to design conversations that keep our customers moving forward.

These guidelines help us create CUI content for QB Assistant.

Be concise, but conversational

  • Use contractions
  • Use active voice
  • Use sentence-style capitalization
  • Use simple verb tenses
  • Say it the way you would say it out loud, even if itโ€™s a bit longer
